Explosive Chemistry by Paige E. Ewing

I jumped at the chance to review an advance copy of Explosive Chemistry because I'd given five stars to Precise Oaths. I'm happy to report that Explosive Chemistry is even better.

The viewpoint character, Liliana, is a neuro-divergent spider seer. Her quirks appeared consistently. I enjoyed Liliana's focus on developing new friends and protecting them.

The urban fantasy setting is an environmentally repaired Fayetteville in the future. This future assumes little progress in computerization between now and then.

The book was well-edited. It did not end on a cliffhanger, but I am eager to read Book 3.
